Remove old files first
Delete older APK copies from the downloads folder, restart the browser and download once from the confirmed route. Multiple similarly named files can cause the wrong version to install.
Check cache and permissions
Clear app cache only when needed, then review install permission for the browser. Avoid installing files sent through chats or mirror pages.
Login after update
After updating, test login before opening wallet pages. If login loops, move to the help center instead of repeatedly installing new files.
